Responsibilities Work directly under the restaurant manager Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up Proactively assist fellow staff members Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met Qualifications Ability to listen and communicate effectively Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience in a management role We are looking forward to reading your application.
