Our goal is to hire an experienced legal secretary to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and preparing legal documents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and professional and has a passion for the legal field.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize legal documents and files.
Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys.
Responsibility of maintaining calendar for court appearances and due dates.
Answer phone calls and emails from clients and other parties.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Keep abreast of changes in the law.
