We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Secretary to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess strong organizational skills to manage various front desk tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule patient appointments, input patient registration information and take copays - Answer phone calls - Call Insurance Companies to obtain patient verifications and authorizations - Handle medical records with confidentiality and accuracy - Familiarity with WebPT software is a plus
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or medical front desk roles - Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Job Type:
